4. How We Use Your Information
- To process, ship and support your orders, including verifying eligibility and research-use confirmations;

- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications and other service messages;
- To send marketing emails where you have agreed or where the law allows;
- To operate, maintain, analyze and improve the Site and our products;
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;

- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers: companies that perform services for us, such as payment processing, shipping, website hosting, email delivery, analytics and fraud prevention. They may use your information only to provide those services and must keep it confidential.

6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and preferences, confirm your age verification, and understand how the Site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them. Because there is no common standard for “Do Not Track” signals, the Site may not respond to them. Where required by law, we make reasonable efforts to honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information.
7. Your Choices
- Marketing emails: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or email us to opt out. We will still send messages about your orders.
- Cookies: adjust your browser settings as described above.
- Account information: you can review and update your account details by signing in to your account.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Connecticut, Virginia, Colorado, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have about you and receive a copy;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax purposes);
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, and certain profiling; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email support@bioactivepeps.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before acting on it and will respond within the time required by law, usually 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with proof of your written permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying within 60 days; if we deny your appeal, we will tell you how to contact your state Attorney General.
California residents: in the past 12 months we have collected identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity and approximate location, from the sources and for the purposes described above, and have disclosed them only to the categories of recipients listed in Section 5. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may also request information under California’s “Shine the Light” law by emailing us with “Shine the Light Request” in the subject line. You may file a complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov.
Washington residents: we do not sell consumer health data, do not use it for advertising, and use any health-related information you choose to send us only to respond to your request. You may ask to access or delete it, or withdraw consent, by emailing us with the subject line “Washington Health Data Request.”
Nevada residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law. You may still submit a request to support@bioactivepeps.com.
9. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy, including fulfilling orders, meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolving disputes and preventing fraud. Order and transaction records are generally kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require; marketing preferences are kept until you opt out or ask us to delete them. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
10. Where Information Is Stored
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate.
11. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and a PCI-compliant payment processor, to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No website or online service is completely secure, and email is not a secure way to send sensitive information. Please keep your account password private.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their policies before sharing information with them.
13. Changes to This Policy
